Jasmine Gyuh的漫画作品《后街女孩》继之前的动画改编之后，正式宣布改编真人电影。这部真人电影的三位“女主角”分别由白加须、妮基玲美和金泽扮演。冈本和美、浅川莉安娜和其他人也将在这部电影中扮演角色。
